In the area of Criminal and Administrative Offence Law, from compliance, preventing the commission of crimes and administrative offences, to legal representation, defending the Client, whether an individual or a legal entity, in any phase of the criminal or administrative offence proceedings (investigation, preliminary examination, trial, appeal) and before any judicial authority (Public Prosecutor's Office and Judge) or regulatory and supervisory bodies for sectors of activity (Bank of Portugal, CMVM, AdC, ERSE, ERC, ANACOM, ASAE, IGA, among others).

I am thus oriented to advise my clients in legal counselling and consultation with a preventive function, to avoid committing criminal and administrative offences, as well as acting as their legal representative and defence counsel, while they are accused, accompanying them through all procedural stages.
